15% off for bookings made before January 31th and release of 45 days, full paid at the time of booking.

12% off for bookings made before February 28th and release of 45 days, full paid at the time of booking.

10% off for bookings made from March 1st and release of 30 days, full paid at the time of booking.

Both parties may cancel the booking up to 8 days before the arrival date and a voucher will be issued for the total amount to be used for future bookings.

Apartments Singular:

30% discount for bookings made 120 days prior to the check-in date and paid in full upon confirmation.

20% discount for bookings made 90 days prior to the check-in date and paid in full upon confirmation.

10% discount for bookings made 60 days prior to the check-in date and paid in full upon confirmation.
